Hot Springs

The Arnedillo spa has been around since the Roman era. The village itself, next to the Cidacos River, has been crown land since 1170.

In addition to a wave pool and an outdoor hot springs park that makes use of the hot mineral and therapeutic waters, it actually contains a Roman thermal bath.

Apply the spa’s well-known thermal mud treatment. It is the only one left in Spain that continues to mature the mud naturally.

As an alternative, there is the spa in Grávalos, which was constructed over a spring of therapeutic mineral waters also utilised by the Romans and offers breathtaking views of the valley.

Try their hydroenological experience for a stimulating massage and an antioxidant-rich mud and wine mixture.

Then, after a local wine sampling, add a bit extra antioxidant!
