DESCRIPTION:On the night of 23 June\, the festivities begin with the night of San Juan\, where the “San Juan” bonfires and the “Amanecer del Chocolate” (Chocolate Dawn) are celebrated first thing in the morning. \nAt twelve noon in the Plaza de la Paz the chupinazo is launched from the balconies of the Town Hall after which the town crier begins his parade on horseback announcing the proclamation of the festivities.
